Returns Policy

Starting returns at luisjw.it is easy

Go to your order history, select the order and items you wish to return or exchange, and note the order number.

Once you have the order number, send an email to resi@luisjw.it specifying the order number and the purchase date.
Once your request is approved, you will receive email update notifications with shipping guidelines.

Which items are returnable? (eligible for returns)
30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In unused and resalable items or defective items.
In original packaging with all tags intact.

Which items and exceptions are non-refundable?

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products or free products.

Gift cards.
Discounted items (if applicable).
Problems of damage, loss or theft
If the product you purchased is defective, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
In the event of loss or theft of the purchased product, collect evidence and contact us immediately.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, we allow the exchange of purchased items with selectable variations. Once your exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

Refund to original payment method.

How soon will I receive my refund?
After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. Refund to store credit is immediate.
If you are a VIP customer, the refund is processed immediately after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
